So tomorrow the Amsterdam Gay Pride weekend is starting here in Holland! It starts August 4th and it ends on August 6th. I think it's going to be a hugeee happening, cause it's in the news every year...unfortunately I won't be attending it :(. Yeahhh I already had some other important planns made, so I couldn't really go :(. And still...even if I wanted to...I don't really wanna go by myself! Cause I think it's more fun to go with a group and since I don't know any other people who would like to go...it's just not going to happen :(. And it would be totally weird asking my friends...since I'm not "out" to anyone...and be like "ohhh hey....do you wanna go to gay pride with me??"!! Yeahhh I think not! And I don't really live near Amsterdam, so I would have to travel a bit to go to it. But maybe in the future I will attend one...that's definitely on the planning!!

But I really do want to go to at least one Pride event here in Holland! Cause the Amsterdam Gay Pride is always a huge event. The whole city is packed with gay people and tourists that are coming to see the famous Canal Parade on Saturday. It's like 100 decorated boats that are sailing through the canals of Amsterdam. Lot's of parties going on ofcourse...yeahhh it's pretty awesome! So if you ever want to experience Gay Pride in a european country...come to Amsterdam and go to the Amsterdam Gay Pride weekend! Cause it's always a huge event and it's been known as one of the best Pride events in the world! So I'll leave ya with some pics of 2004 & 2005 of the Canal Parade during Pride weekend in Amsterdam!
